In Bangladesh you can pay in taka with bKash instead — send the amount and submit your Transaction ID, and we confirm it manually. The taka price is shown on the pricing plans and again at checkout.
Yes — with any courier. Record the courier and consignment number on each order, follow its delivery status, and reconcile the cash-on-delivery payouts the courier sends you. There is no courier account to connect.
Not directly, and it doesn't need to. You log each order as it comes in, from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or any other chat app. There is nothing to connect, and Finox never asks for access to your page or your messages.
Yes. Import products, customers and past orders from a CSV file. You see a preview of every row before anything is saved, and uploading the same file again will not create duplicates.
Yes. Every order has a private tracking link you can send on WhatsApp or Messenger. Your customer sees their own order and its delivery progress — never your costs, your other customers, or anything else in your shop.
